I offer a range of coaching plans tailored to your goals and values. From one-on-one coaching to customized programs, each of my offerings are crafted with the understanding that every woman’s path is unique.

1:1 coaching

Eyes Forward, Steps Ordered

Designed for women seeking comprehensive performance coaching, this service offers the highest level of access and support to complement your personalized programming experience.

This service is ideal for those ready to invest in the benefits of connection, monitoring, check-ins, and programming adjustments as they put one foot in front of the other in the pursuit of wellness and joy.

    • Initial consultation and onboarding to discuss goals, preferences, and values.

    • Weekly delivered personalized training plans, including Running to Exhale’s (R2E) strength for runners.

    • Weekly check-in calls

    • Unlimited communication for ongoing support, training feedback and programming adjustments.

    • Pre-race strategy session and post-race reflections (when applicable)


    A one time start-up fee of $100 is required to begin coaching.

Custom training plan

Purpose Pace

Whether you need programming for your next big race or another goal within a specific time frame, this plan provides a more independent approach to get you to the finish line. You will complete a questionnaire to provide me with the information needed to craft your customized training plan around your interests, availability, workout settings, etc.

Your individualized preferences will provide the framework to develop a personalized training plan with enjoyment at the center of your process. Your full plan will be delivered via Final Surge to guide you to your goal. Full payment is required prior to delivery.

Prenatal coaching

Grace Pace

Congrats, mama! As your body transitions through the stages of growing your baby, this plan offers the support of a certified pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach to help keep or get you moving with grace! We’ll work together to explore your options through adjustments that set you up for success postpartum.

  • This is a period that should be aimed at pulling back now so that you aren’t set back later. 

    Coaching provided during this transformative period is designed to help you make informed, autonomous decisions that are based on your changing needs as you progress through pregnancy.  Considering this as a time to “deload” rather than maintain or push limits, this service provides physiological programming as well as psychological reframing.  The ultimate goal of our training together is centered around safety and sustainability in favor of long term function and performance, postpartum.

Postpartum Coaching

Adapt and Release

This plan provides you with support as you mindfully release the previous version of yourself and adapt to your new reality. Patience is key throughout this training that is structured around your individual symptoms, pregnancy/birth experiences, demands, interests and abilities.

Pelvic floor rehab, breath connection, and exercise progression will be provided to help you manage realistic expectations of progress that is often not linear. Well done for taking the steps to support your recovery, healing and progress towards performance!
